Danny's Ministry
While incarcerated, Danny penned a raw and transformative memoir. It details his journey from childhood abuse to addiction, dealing, and imprisonment, culminating in complete deliverance through Jesus Christ. In a remarkable outreach, Danny's book and video were distributed to 275,000 prison tablets (available in Edovo section) across all fifty states in September 2023. As of now, his message has resonated with over 8,000 viewers, offering hope and redemption within the prison walls.
While incarcerated, Danny Cox received a divine calling from God to become an Evangelist. Embracing this call, he has since become a credentialed Evangelist, Correctional Chaplain, and the Founding Director of DC Ministries, built on a powerful "Prisoner to Preacher" model. Beyond his ministry work, Danny leverages his construction skills to serve on mission trips to places like China and Peru. There, he has helped remodel orphanages and churches, demonstrating that no challenge is too great. From smuggling Bibles into China to preaching the Gospel through interpreters, Danny's dedication knows no bounds.
Danny's preaching takes him to diverse settings - from faith-based organizations and churches to prisons and the streets. Yet, his heart beats strongest for ministering to the incarcerated. Called to share his potent testimony of God's redemptive power, he reaches the lost, the hurting, and those yearning for a fresh Word from God. His passionate message resonates with both Christians and non-Christians, inspiring all who hear it.
In the final year of his decade-long federal prison sentence, Danny penned the inspiring and compelling book, "High On A Lie". Danny's story, No Matter What, God Still Loves You, was a cover feature in the January 2021 Quarterly Edition, reaching inmates across all 50 states and multiple countries in both English and Spanish.
